– The August 2nd episode of WWE SmackDown Live on USA drew 2,681,000 viewers, slightly down from last week’s 2,743,000. SmackDown viewership is still way up since moving to Tuesday nights. Prior to the move, the last time SmackDown’s viewership was as high as this week was January 28th.
– Jimmy Uso is dealing with an unknown injury, which is why Jey has been working singles matches and teaming with Zack Ryder. Jimmy last wrestled at the Battleground PPV on 7/24, when the Usos lost to Breezango.
As noted earlier, Paige was pulled from next week’s AUS/NZ tour due to an injury and Bray Wyatt rolled his ankle last night on SmackDown.
