** WWE RAW: 22nd Aug, 2016 **
-- Special "farewell" for the Dudley Boyz (Updated info) --
On WWE Raw tthis week, WWE had a special segment for a farewe;; to Bubba Ray Dudley and D-Von Dudley. The Dudley Boyz make their farewell speeches in the ring and thank the WWE Universe. All was going well until Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson ruined the "farewell" and layed out the Dudley Boyz. When the Dudleys returned to the locker room, the entire RAW roster as well as all of WWE management, including the McMahons, were waiting for them to give them a standing ovation and to greet them. Thank you once again Dudley Boyz :) Good luck in the future.
** UPDATE ** WHAT NOW:
I reported in a earlier post that The Dudley Boyz had made a new one year deal with the WWE and may have been splitting to go on a singles run, now even though that was on the table, for some reason over the last few weeks, WWE and The Dudleys decided to officially amicably part ways. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson attacking the Dudleys is most probably to put some heat on The Club for ruining their "farewell" and also could lead into a future angle between the two if plans change between The Dudleys and WWE (which as we all know can always happen lol). No word on what they will do now but they do operate the Team 3D Wrestling Academy outside of Orlando, Florida.
