Cara Maria of the MTV show The Challenge made some disparaging remarks about female WWE Superstars this week and Paige is having none of it. Maria is a longtime WWE fan, tweeting earlier this week:

Is there a greater intro than the Undertakers? seriously? Legendary. @wwe

The kickboxing instructor says becoming a WWE Superstar is a bucket list goal of hers, but she doesn’t think too highly of the current women’s roster.

Legit want to be in the @wwe. Bucket list. Those other girls are nothing to write home about. I need to try out.

The following day, she amped up her trash talk.

Is it a requirement for @wwe women to dress and act like strippers? I cant tell any of them apart. Try something new ladies

At the end of the day None of these new girls can hold a candle to LITA. @WWE

Paige, who is out of action recovering from neck surgery, did not take kindly to the remarks.

Yet.. we do everything in our power off the stripper pole to empower women/men, encourage female athletes, work with charities.. https://t.co/zeALqCU2z7

But we are just strippers. What do I know?… https://t.co/zeALqCU2z7
