Ryan Satin of the Pro Wrestling Sheet has released further details on the WWE UK division and the brand’s upcoming bi-weekly events.
The current plan calls for tapings every six weeks and for live events to run every other week in the UK featuring the UK contracted talent. The time frame for the tapings has not yet been finalized and it may well be several more months until tapings for the series begin.
The top stars in the division, namely Pete Dunne, Trent Seven, Tyler Bate, Wolfgang and Mark Andrews have reportedly signed US contracts that will allow them to drop in on the Florida based Performance Center when needed. These top stars will likely remain in the United Kingdom to focus on building the UK brand rather than continue to work cameo appearances on NXT.
