Per a report from Cleveland.com, Donald Nemeth, the brother of WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler, was sentenced to 15 years in prison on Monday, for the death of a 34-year-old military veteran and drug dealer, Joshua Mascol, in a robbery gone wrong.

Nameth, along with 52-year-old Jack King, were implicated back in January of 2016 and both men pleaded guilty last month to charges of involuntary manslaughter, robbery and kidnapping. While Nemeth received 15 years, King was sentenced to 17 years in prison. Nameth was reportedly close friends with Mascol and bought drugs from him often, however, King and Maneth planned to rob Mascol which ended up with one of the men shooting him in a scuffle in a hallway of the University Hotel and Suites.

Neither man would admit to killing Mascol, and the video footage from the hotel could not identify the gunman. Nameth did, however, apologize to Mascol’s family for his actions and blamed them on a drug addiction that he hid from his family:

“I’ve been battling severe addiction issues and I lost a good friend because of it,” Nemeth said.

Dolph Ziggler (real name Nick Nemeth) had no comment in the report.
