According to PWInsider, Bret Hart agreed to be inducted into WWE's Hall Of Fame after a discussion with WWE officials on February 6, 2006.

Bret Hart will not be receiving a fee for his appearance, so he is theoretically remaining true to his word that he would not work for WWE following the events at Survivor Series in 1997.

As of right now, Bret Hart has not agreed to have a role at the actual WrestleMania PPV, other than the Hall Of Fame inductees recognition piece that is to take place during the live show.

Due to a family issue, Jeff Jarrett had to cancel a recent meeting with Bret Hart about bringing the former wrestler into TNA. TNA was expected to offer him a major deal to prevent him from appearing for WWE, as the company has long wanted to use Hart in a featured position.

WWE has not yet revealed who will induct Hart during the ceremony. The late Eddie Guerrero, Dusty Rhodes and The Road Warriors are also in line for an induction this year.

It'll be great to see Bret finally get what he deserves.. his Hall Of Fame place. Good to see Road Warriors/LOD honoured, too. Just a random question.. will Eddie (& Hawk, of course) be the first (& second) posthumous inductees to the Hall Of Fame? Off the top of my head, I cant remember any others... no doubt tons of obvious choices, Im missing...:dunno:
