A nine-month-old British bulldog has been crowned the country's Best Looking Dog.
Reggie saw off competition from 11,500 other dogs after being entered in the contest by his owner Gemma Henderson, from South Shields.
The dog was photographed for the contest, run by pet care retailers Pets at Home, in their Gateshead store.
Shots of the entrants were taken by The Dog Portrait Company in 170 stores across the country and winners from each shop received a framed photo of their dog and automatic entry into the grand final.
Spokeswoman Linda Whiting said: "The competition also took into account the dogs' personalities and characters, so it wasn't just Reggie's stunning looks that clinched it for him."
Ms Henderson collected Reggie's prize - a year's supply of Pets At Home Complete Dog Food and vouchers.
