Everyone wants a piece of Conor McGregor. Mixed martial arts manager Ali Abdelaziz, who has never been too shy to express his true feelings for fighters, brought up a very interesting fantasy match-up recently.

Abdelaziz spoke to MMA Junkie and mentioned how things would play out if former World Series Of Fighting (WSOF) lightweight champ Justin Gaethje fought McGregor. Gaethje’s manager said “The Highlight” would eat McGregor’s heart alive, comparing the match-up to slaughtering a pig:

“If Justin Gaethje will fight Conor McGregor, it’s like slaughtering a pig, and he’s going to squeal and he’s going to be all red and blue on Monday night,” Abdelaziz said. “His legs will be like a rainbow color.

“His face would be like a watermelon, black and red. We’ll give this white boy some color. We’ll give him a bloody tan. Justin Gaethje would eat his heart alive.”

McGregor hasn’t fought since October when he was defeated by Khabib Nurmagomedov via fourth-round submission. “The Notorious” succumbed to a neck crank after being seemingly handled by “The Eagle” for the majority of their contest at UFC 229.

Now, the Irishman is likely to return to action soon, with a date as early as this summer being thrown around. In regards to opponent, it remains to be seen who McGregor will be matched-up with. Fans have been clamoring to see McGregor vs. Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone. But the possibility of McGregor vs. Gaethje is an epic pairing as well.
