The Double Or Nothing match between Cody and Dustin Rhodes was one of the most praised bouts of the show due to its intensity and storyline.
Since the event, a number of wrestling legends have called the match one of the greatest ever and WWE Hall of Famer Ted DiBiase Sr recently took on his Twitter to do the same.
He wrote that the duo delivered something special and that their father Dusty Rhodes would be very proud of the two for delivering this bout:
They stole the show, folks. @CodyRhodes vs @DustinRhodes had the makings to be a great match. It exceeded that & delivered something special. Cody & Dustin are very talented. Versatile students of pro wrestling. Dusty would be very proud. Dustin showed 50 is the new 30. #AEWDoN
