As noted before, WWE announced a Raw Reunion for next week’s episode of the show with several big names returning to the Red Brand.
A lot of people saw this move as another response to the low ratings from the company, however, latest reports suggest that this isn’t the case and the original idea didn’t come from any WWE Official.
Dave Meltzer revealed on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio that the Raw Reunion was actually one of the things suggested by USA Network which WWE picked up.
It’s worth mentioning that this isn’t the only idea the Network has given recently and past reports have revealed that the 24/7 Championship was also something the channel officials had pushed for.
WWE is advertising a number of big names for this Reunion episode and an updated list after tonight’s Raw includes names such as Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H and Shawn Michaels as DX and more.
