A number of wrestling legends have offered big praise to Drew McIntyre since his return to WWE and now WWE Hall Of Famer Bret Hart has joined this list.
Hart recently spoke to Sports Illustrated where he discussed a number of wrestling related topics, including winning the King Of The Ring tournament in 1993 and more.
While talking about the former NXT Champion, the Hitman claimed that he always respected big guys when he wrestled them and went on to praise one of top big guys of the current WWE roster:
“A big guy I’ve been a big fan of for a long time is Drew McIntyre and his work. I’m glad that he had a rebound and he’s doing really well. He’s so polished now and he’s finally getting the chance he deserves.”
Bret also spoke positively about the current Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch saying that the Raw Star has already broken some major barriers and she is now living her dream.
The wrestling legend said that Lynch is really focused, skilled and hardworking and he believes that Becky can overcome anything that anyone throws at her.
Drew McIntyre got released from WWE back in June 2014. After the release, he rebuilt himself in the independent circuit and returned to the company as a serious competitor by signing with NXT in April 2017.
