After his surprise appearance on this week’s episode of SmackDown Live, The Beast Brock Lesnar is set to challenge Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship at the show’s Fox Network debut on October 4rth.
However, latest advertisements suggest that this won’t be the last time these two come face to face and they might get involved in a rivalry starting with their upcoming bout.
The Wells Fargo Center, which is the arena hosting the November 15th episode of SmackDown Live recently updated the advertising for the upcoming show.
They are now advertising a number of matches and segments for the episode and one interesting segments which is being advertised is a confrontation between Lesnar and the current WWE Champion.
Other stars advertised for the show include Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, Kevin Owens, RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley, Daniel Bryan, Charlotte Flair, The New Day and more.
This episode will take place more than a month after Kofi defends his title against the Beast Incarnate during the Blue Brand’s premiere on Fox Network.
So it suggests that the rivalry between these two stars will extend beyond their upcoming match instead of it being a one-off bout on the upcoming show.
