Friday’s edition of WWE SmackDown on FOX from Chicago, Illinois at the Allstate Arena averaged 2.544 million viewers, according to ShowbuzzDaily.

This is up from the 2.309 viewers that the show did for last week’s episode of SmackDown on FOX.

The show averaged 2.600 million viewers in the fast nationals, which was up from the 2.35 million viewers a week ago. This number measured the top metered markets. The first hour drew 2.701 while the second hour did 2.500.

SmackDown pulled in a 0.8 in the 18-49 demos, up from that last week’s show did 0.7. This episode was expected to see an increase in viewership as it served as the go-home show of SmackDown for the Survivor Series event.

Matches that took place on this show included Rhea Ripley defeats Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks in a triple threat match, The Undisputed ERA (Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong) defeat Heavy Machinery (Otis & Tucker) & The New Day (Big E & Kofi Kingston) in an eight-man tag team match, Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz, and Dolph Ziggler, King Corbin & Robert Roode defeat Mustafa Ali, Roman Reigns & Shorty G in the headliner.

WWE is expecting to see an increase in viewership for the following episode this coming Friday night as it will air live and have the fallout from Survivor Series.
