As we noted earlier today, NWA champion Christian Cage will be appearing on the TNA house show on 3/17 in the Detroit, Michigan market. The local promoters intend to announce his opponent next week. For those of you interested in attending the show, you can purchase tickets on Ticketmaster.com by clicking here (http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/08003C310C1B5F22?artistid=1008830&majorcatid=10004&minorcatid=27).

The TNA-Samoa Joe contract renegotiations are still ongoing. Bill Behrens is involved in the negotiations.

In regard to Roderick Strong and Austin Aries, their issues have nothing to do with their in-ring work. There were some in the promotion who were down on Aries internally, but from all accounts, that's because he has no problem speaking his mind, which doesn't always endear him to those he disagrees with. Strong has the reputation of being much more laid back and quieter in the locker room.

Frank Pozen sent the following....DSE has named the opponents for Team 3D for the Mar. 5 & 9 Hustle shows. Their opponents for the first show will be Kintaro Kanemura & Masato Tanaka. That sounds good. But their opponents for the Mar. 9 show will be Erica & Margaret. These are very goofy characters played by joshi monster heels Aja Kong & Amazing Kong. Of course Aja Kong is a living legend of joshi puroresu and one of the great heels in wrestling history. Amazing Kong is actually a black woman from LA and has worked in Japan since 2002. I thought the sheer goofiness of this would be of interest. Par for the course from Hustle.

NWA Central States will have an AJ Styles training seminar on 4/29 in Lawrence, Kansas. For details, visit www.nwacentralstates.com.
