A physical Hall of Fame is something that fans have been asking for; less so recently, but historically for quite some time. It has now been reported that Vince McMahon himself has ixnayed any potential plans to have a proper HOF dedicated building.
According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Vince McMahon has always felt that a physical Hall of Fame building would be a ‘waste of money.’ Whilst some would disagree; this is the reasoning that Dave Meltzer gave when a fan of the show sent in a question regarding a ‘real’ HOF.
Interestingly, Triple H is apparently for the idea of having a Hall of Fame. This bhas reportedly been the case for quite some time. Meltzer stated that ‘The Game’ wanted to have a Hall of Fame 4-D experience dating back to 2013. Again, Vince McMahon was against the idea, believing that it would be a ‘waste’ of money.
There have been times when memorabilia and classic sets/belts and other items have been on display. This usually occurs during Axxess shows, across the Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, Survivor Series and SummerSlam.
