Ric Flair doesn't see what the big problem is with his daughter Charlotte consistently being in the title picture and on top of WWE's women's division.

Unquestionably WWE's most successful female Superstar, Flair is a six-time Raw Women's Champion and seven-time SmackDown Women's Champion.

The Queen is a one-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion, a two-time NXT Women's Champion, and one of six women to win a Royal Rumble match.

In 2019, Flair became one of three women to headline WrestleMania, despite the match initially being between Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch.

While Flair's skills in the ring cannot be denied, the Queen has plenty of detractors who feel she is in the title picture too much.

The belief among many is that Flair's constant presence in the title scene is holding back other women, and by proxy, the entire women's division.

Speaking on his To Be The Man podcast, Ric Flair couldn't fathom why his daughter (who he considers the greatest) shouldn't be in the limelight.

"If someone is off for a legitimate reason and they're the best wrestler in the business, why aren't they in the main event? In the business, men or women. That's what they do, they're in the main event. Steve Austin came back for a year, came back and did he start at the bottom of the card? He ain't wrestled in 20 years and they wanted him to main-event WrestleMania this year. What the hell? That's the most stupid thing in the world. Why wouldn't the best performer in the company, regardless of time off or time on, not be in the main event? Give me a break."

Flair added that he's not the only legend to praise his daughter's efforts, and that Bret Hart calls regularly to commend her work on WWE TV.

Charlotte will defend her SmackDown Women's Championship at WrestleMania this weekend against Rhea Ripley.

If the match headlines the Saturday show as expected, it will make Flair the first woman to headline multiple WrestleManias.
What's Left for The Queen?

While Charlotte is WWE's most decorated woman, there are some things she is yet to accomplish.

This May, Flair will be looking to make her moniker as 'the Queen' official by becoming the Queen of the Ring.

Flair has yet to win a Money in the Bank briefcase, though given her frequent stance as champion or number-one-contender, that briefcase isn't needed.

Charlotte is yet to join the likes of Chyna, Madusa/Alundra Blayze, and Jaqueline in winning a men's championship.

She should stay away for a long time since WWE have given her 14 titles already. Stupid. How many is she going to have in the end. At this rate she will end up with 30.
