For the last few years, WWE has thought of Cavinder Twins (Haley and Hanna) as the next Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki).

The hope of the company regarding this has taken an interesting turn and potential reality as they had announced that they'd be foregoing their final years of playing college basketball at the University of Miami. They issued the following statement:

“MIAMI,

THANK YOU FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE SEASON. THE LOVE AND SUPPORT WE RECEIVED FROM THE UNIVERSITY AND THE CITY WAS SPECIAL.

WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK OUR TEAMMATES AND COACHES FOR BRINGING US IN AS FAMILY ANO BEING A PART OF A HISTORIC SEASON.

WITH THAT BEING SAID, HANNA AND I HAVE DECIDED TO NOT TAKE OUR FIFTH YEAR ANO START A NEW CHAPTER IN OUR LIVES. THE U WILL ALWAYS BE HOME AND WE ARE FOREVER PROUD TO BE HURRICANES.

LASTLY, TO EVERYONE WHO HAS SUPPORTED US THROUGH OUR BASKETBALL JOURNEY - WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR ALL THE LOVE YOU GAVE EACH AND EVERY GAME.

WHAT STARTED AS US PLAYING BASKETBALL 16 YEARS AGO, TURNED INTO SOMETHING BIGGER THAN WE COULD EVER IMAGINE.

WE LOVE YOU CANES FAMILY,

H CAVINDER TWINS ECCLESIASTES 4:9”

During a recent appearance on "The Today Show,” the twins were asked about the possibility of working for WWE in the near future after entering the "Next In Line" program with the company in 2021.

"We love the WWE," Haley said. "The fan base, the sport, the fitness side of it. They're great, our partner, and we're very excited in a future with them."

The Cavinders were big factors in the success of the Miami Hurricanes girls' basketball team last season. They reached the Elite Eight before losing to the LSU Tigers, who became national champions.
