It hasn't been the best year for Baron Corbin, but things are finally looking up.
WWE held a live event on Saturday night from Paris, France as part of the annual post-WrestleMania European tour. The show was headlined by Cody Rhodes vs. Finn Balor, with “The American Nightmare” going over the Judgment Day leader.

The show may have been the standard 'live event' experience for most of the wrestlers who performed, but it was a special night for Baron Corbin. As seen below, even he was surprised at the reaction he got from the audience when he battled Rick Boogs.

As seen below, Corbin picked up the victory over Boogs. This match helped him snap a pretty bad losing streak and secure his first win of the year.
Prior to his win over Rick Boogs, Corbin had not won a match in 2023. He went 0-24 before WWE Paris, with 20 of those losses coming in singles competition.

Corbin has not yet been selected by Raw or SmackDown as part of the 2023 WWE Draft. He’ll learn his fate when the Draft wraps up this Monday on Raw.
