Next week's SmackDown has already been recorded due to WWE's imminent Night of Champions Premium Live Event.

WWE Night of Champions will take place on May 27 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and will be the ninth event as part of WWE's lucrative deal with the middle eastern nation.

The following are spoilers from next week's show, which was taped following this week's live episode of SmackDown.


WWE United States Champion Austin Theory retained his title against Sheamus, thanks to interference from Pretty Deadly.
Raquel Rodriguez and Shotzi def. Damage CTRL (Bayley and IYO SKY.)
Cameron Grimes def. Ashante “Thee” Adonis. After the match, Baron Corbin attacked Cameron Grimes.
WWE Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair discussed her upcoming title match with Asuka. Asuka's music hit and Belair was ready to face her. Asuka attacked Belair from behind, but the EST got the upper hand before they were separated.
LA Knight def. Rick Boogs with The Street Profits on commentary. After the match, LA Knight had words for The Street Profits.
AJ Styles def. Karrion Kross. Scarlett tried to interfere, but Mia Yim stopped her and they briefly went at it at ringside.
Kevin Owens hosted an episode of The KO Show, which ended with The Bloodline taking out Owens and Sami Zayn. Jimmy Uso was surprisingly not with his family for the segment. SmackDown ended with Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns holding up both of the Undisputed WWE Tag Team titles. Solo Sikoa stood side by side with Reigns while a conflicted Jey Uso stood behind.
