Tonight's edition of Raw will be the fallout show after WWE Night of Champions last weekend in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The show will feature Seth Rollins' triumphant return from the Premium Live Event where he became the next World Heavyweight Champion. The show will also see WWE build toward its next Premium Live Event WWE Money in the Bank, which will take place on July 1, in London, England.

Fightful Select has confirmed that Tommaso Ciampa is in Albany, ahead of tonight's episode of Monday Night Raw. The two-time former NXT Champion has been recovering from surgery for a torn hip labrum since last October. The injury has reportedly been bothering him since his days in NXT. Ciampa was called up to WWE's main roster in 2022 and formed an on-screen alliance with The Miz. It was not confirmed whether Ciampa will be on tonight's broadcast.

This is unfortunately the latest in a series of injuries for Ciampa which have plagued his WWE career. In March 2019 it was reported that Ciampa would be undergoing neck fusion surgery which forced him to vacate the NXT Championship. The injury also ended plans for a move to the main roster and a feud with Johnny Gargano. The Blackheart would not make his return until that October and would feud with Adam Cole, who at this had become the longest-reigning NXT Champion.
