Could MJF hang up his boots and trunks for a lifetime of delicious Bloomin' Onions?
During the August 16, 2023, episode of AEW Dynamite, the reigning AEW World Champion took Adam Cole to Outback Steakhouse in an attempt to prepare for their upcoming match against ROH World Tag Team Champions Aussie Open. MJF enjoyed the food so much that he began to worry about what Aussie Open's wrestling prowess might be.

Someone at Outback Steakhouse must have seen the segment as the fast-food chain now wants in on the 'bidding war' of MJF. On Twitter, Outback Steakhouse made their intentions clear and tried to entice the reigning AEW World Champion with a lifetime supply of their signature Bloomin' Onions. MJF responded with a gif of a kangaroo.

While MJF is unlikely to take Outback Steakhouse up on its offer, there is a lot of interest in the contractual future of the AEW World Champion. In 2021, representatives from FOX and the USA Network made clear to WWE that they want MJF under contract after his current AEW deal expires in January 2024. AEW President Tony Khan said that same year that he is "fine" with MJF teasing a bidding war and that he would love to retain the services of Mr. Friedman.
Earlier this year, MJF reportedly told a WWE Superstar that he looks forward to working with them in 2024. Liv Morgan, who attended a party last October that also featured MJF has said only the AEW World Champion can decide on what he thinks is best.
