WWE's upcoming return to Saudi Arabia will go ahead without some of the promotion's biggest Superstars.
On November 4, WWE will host its Crown Jewel event from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event will be the fifth-annual Crown Jewel show and the latest event as part of WWE's decade-long relationship with the Middle Eastern kingdom.
Missing Talent
WWE typically uses its very top talent (and often WWE legends and part-timers) as part of their shows in Saudi Arabia. The same night as WWE Crown Jewel though, a WWE live event will take place in Rochester, New York.
The Blue Cross Arena is promoting the following matches for the show which means these Superstars are currently not planned to appear at WWE Crown Jewel.
WWE Women's Champion IYO SKY Vs. Charlotte Flair
WWE NXT Women's Champion Becky Lynch Vs. Tiffany Stratton
Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER Vs. Ricochet Vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
Other names promoted for the show include Carlito, Grayson Waller, The Street Profits, Omos, Kofi Kingston, and The Brawling Brutes.
