Sonny Kiss made her debut as part of IMPACT's annual Bound for Glory pay-per-view this week, but would not leave the show with a win.

IMPACT Wrestling Bound for Glory 2023 was the 19th event by IMPACT under the Bound for Glory name. In the main event, Alex Shelley defeated Josh Alexander to retain the IMPACT World Championship. In the closing moments of the show IMPACT announced they will be returning to its TNA Wrestling name next year.

During IMPACT Wrestling Bound for Glory 2023, a 'Call Your Shot' Gauntlet took place, in which the winner would receive a trophy and a guaranteed championship opportunity at a time of their choosing for up to one year. It was in this match that Kiss made her debut for IMPACT Wrestling.

Kiss parted ways with AEW earlier this year after her contract was not renewed. In a statement after her AEW exit, Kiss described her AEW tenure as "four years of living my dream."

While Kiss made quite the impact during her IMPACT debut, the match saw Jordynne Grace get the win. After the match, Grace wasted no time in invoking her title match opportunity, stating that she would challenge for the Knockouts World Championship at Hard to Kill.

Sonny Kiss wasn't the only notable name to appear during the Call Your Shot gauntlet. The match also saw Juventud Guerrera make a surprise appearance for IMPACT Wrestling. Guerrera last appeared for IMPACT in April 2004 when NWA: TNA was still hosting weekly pay-per-views. Matt Cardona made his return to IMPACT later in the match. The 'Indy-God' most recent match for IMPACT prior to this week was during a January 2023 taping when he unsuccessfully challenged then-Digital Media Champion Joe Hendry.
