When you're in NXT, you're family, at least that's what could be said for one rising NXT Superstar.

Viewers of WWE NXT have seen Anna Keefer portraying a member of The D'Angelo Family (now called "The Family") but now the 2022 Performance Center recruit has an official name that gives her more ties to the Italian name "D'Angelo." Keefer revealed on social media that she'll now be going as Adrianna Rizzo as she likely finds herself being more of a featured player on NXT programming. Rizzo kept her announcement rather simple.

"Just what the Family needed, you can now call me Adrianna Rizzo!"

The Family does happen to have one former member. Cole Karter, who has wrestled in AEW since being released by WWE, was formerly known as Troy Donovan and it was insinuated that he was "let go" in mafasio fashion with Tony D'Angelo stating that he was "sleeping with the fishes" as he had treasonous intentions with the faction.

Although Adrianna Rizzo's legitimate last name may not end in a vowel, a current main roster star has set a pretty darn good precedent for her.

It's been just over ten years ago when NXT introduced the character of Carmella, who first got her start as the hairdresser associated with Enzo Amore and Big Cass. In all actuality, Carmella's real name is Leah Van Dale and moved away from that past occupation, becoming a former WWE SmackDown Women's Champion and just this past week, a new mother.
