Fans tuning into AEW programming will soon see a darker side to the Young Bucks, but only when they return from a break.

In recent weeks, the pair have teased a heel turn and have taken issue with Kenny Omega's teaming with Chris Jericho. At AEW Full Gear, Jericho & Omega, collectively known as the Golden Jets, defeated the Bucks. The win means the Golden Jets now have the AEW World Tag Championship opportunity that the Bucks had previously possessed. Had the Bucks won, the Golden Jets would have had to disband.

Matt & Nick Jackson are heading toward a heel turn, if they're not already there, according to Fightful Select. The former champions won't be going alone though, as there are plans for the heel-turned Bucks to be joined by others. Brandon Cutler is tentatively slated to continue with the Bucks and recently tweeted on their behalf.

Cutler is expected to do a lot more speaking on behalf of the Bucks in the weeks to come on screen and on social media. One other personality is expected to join the Bucks in this path to heeldom.

An altered format of Being the Elite is a part of the plans for the Bucks to turn heel. Of course, any issues the Bucks have are for the show, and the pair are said to be fine with AEW. While the pair were removed as EVPs on the AEW roster page earlier this month, this was an error and was quickly rectified.
