Saturday's Survivor Series had just five matches, but it was one of their most memorable shows of the year. Bookended by WarGames matches, there were many memorable moments and returns. There was the return of R-Truth and of course, CM Punk.

One of the biggest returns was known ahead of time as Cody Rhodes called an old friend to be the last member of Team Cody in WarGames. Throughout the night, fans were told that the Legacy member wasn't there. The voices in his head counseled him to go to the ring and assist his team in victory.

Fans were treated to Vintage Randy Orton, who looked like he hadn't missed a beat. He led stereo RKOs, let Jey Uso know that he didn't forget, and hit a unique RKO.

Orton had been out of action since May 2022. He was dealing with a severe back injury that at one point was feared to be career ending. The "Apex Predator" is reportedly going against his doctor's advice by returning to the ring.

Following the match, Orton soaked it all in. One fan reported that "The Viper" stayed for twenty minutes to greet fans. SwaydayWrestling posted a video that shows the 14-time world champion shaking hands, talking to fans, signing autographs, and taking selfies.
