WWE Raw Superstar Drew McIntyre believes the Royal Rumble 2024 poster shows why his recent grievances are well warranted.

In recent weeks, fans have seen a character shift in the two-time former WWE Champion, has has grown frustrated as fans embrace Jey Uso. McIntyre has made it clear that he's not ready to move past The Bloodline, a faction that Jey was a part of until earlier this year. McIntyre's anger has gone even further, as he believes that with fans embracing Jey (and fellow Bloodline alum Sami Zayn,) the fans have turned on him.

Next January, WWE will host its annual Royal Rumble Premium Live Event from Tropicana Field in St. Petersberg, Florida. The event is of course special to McIntyre, who won the Men's Royal Rumble match in 2020 and had several WWE Championship defenses in Tropicana Field during the Thunderdome era.

WWE has released an updated poster for January's Royal Rumble Premium Live Event.

The poster features over 20 wrestlers, men and women, including CM Punk, but former WWE Champion and WrestleMania main-eventer Drew McIntyre is nowhere to be found.

Amid reports that he and WWE have been far apart in their contract renewal talks this year, McIntyre took notice of this glaring omission.

McIntyre has been with WWE since 2017, when he re-joined the company after competing for TNA Wrestling since 2015 prior to that.

The 2024 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event takes place Saturday, January 27 from St. Petersburg, Florida. It will be the 37th Rumble in WWE history and the first Rumble under the TKO Group Holdings banner.
