Fans won't be seeing Giovanni Vinci in the ring for some time after the Imperium member suffered an injury during last week's episode of Raw.
During the Day 1 episode of WWE Raw, Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser faced the tag-team experts Jey Uso and Kofi Kingston. The match came to a sudden conclusion when Kingston dropkicked Vinci and his head caught the back of the mat on the way down. After a consultation, medical officials at ringside determined that Vinci couldn't compete. The match ended without a winner being determined.

During this week's Raw, it was announced that Vinci would be out for "a number of weeks" due to the situation that unfolded on last week's Raw. WWE has still not publicly disclosed details about the issue with Vinci. On Twitter, the Italian Superstar told fans "Sto bene. Grazie mille" which means "I'm fine, thanks a lot."

On this week's Raw, Ludwig Kaiser showed a new level of aggression in his singles match with Kofi Kingston. The match ended with a double count-out as Kaiser was attacking Kingston on the outside of the ring and would not stop to break the ref's ten-count.
On social media, WWE shared footage of Kingston being taken backstage after the match. It was noted that Kingston is being evaluated by medical staff but an update on his condition is not public knowledge at this time.
