Third week earnings for "The Marine" - total revenue around $15 million

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that WWE Films' "The Marine" starring John Cena fell to No. 13 this week, it's third week open. The film took in an estimated $1.975 million, leaving total revenue at around $15.5 million. This drop was right where the film was expected to settle in at.

I am sure they would rather it be doing a little better though lol.

lol Not really surprised. I didn't think it was THAT good. Good action flick but I wouldn't pay the $10 to a theatre to see it.. lol

Nothing really in it that jumps out I Gotta see this, aint suprised at all by earnings

I am sure they were going for the Cena angle to sell this flick. Just like they tried with the Kane angle for See No Evil but still, not to bad for a beginning for WWE.

the wwe should not be making any more movies this is they second movie to tank the writings on the wall wwe listen up.

I went to see it and i understand why it got these earnings. Good movie for die hard action fans but otherwise pretty dull
