But not because of vanity...
Hollywood pin-up Cameron Diaz is getting a nose job – but not for cosmetic reasons.
The actress has suffered constant problems with her nose after breaking it several times, most recently in a surf board accident, and is being forced into surgery to ease breathing problems.
She explains, “I'm getting it fixed. I can't take it. I cannot breathe at all. One side of my nose is totally shattered - my septum is basically like a train derailed."
