Shannon Moore is still on the WWE's ECW roster, although he hasn't been used by the company in recent weeks. The belief internally is that Moore asked for some time off as he just helped open a new tattoo parlor in Southern Pines, North Carolina. Moore owns the show, but is not a tatto artist.
