- Tazz's contract expires soon, and he is asking for a raise.
- WWE is close to breaking ground on the expansion of its television studios.
- Brooke Hogan's record label has selected "Heaven Baby" as her second single.
- The Rock's Greatest Matches DVD will be a three disc set that will be released next year.
- Referee Marty Rubacabla has adopted the name Marty Elias.
Rubacabla was hired from UPW.
- Developmental name updates: Ray Gordy has dropped the Ray Geezy name, and is once again Ray Gordy. Afa Anoia Jr. has arrived in Deep South, and is being called simply Afa. Domino of the Untouchables is now going by the name Domino Compton (his real name is Cliff Compton).
- Canadian Maryse Oullet, who was in this year's diva search, is managing Rene Dupree in OVW.
- The 12/4 and 12/5 Libson, Portugal house shows each did approximately $533,000 gates.
