News On Jericho, Honkytonk Man, 'Marine' Poster & List of Next 4 Press Confrences

The official website for the Honkytonk Man announced it should be shutting down shortly.

The Charleston Gazette featured an article today on Joe Anoai, son of Sika of the Wild Samoans, who plays defensive line for Georgia Tech at this link. (http://sundaygazettemail.com/section/Sports/2006123114) He noted that wrestling could be in his future if the NFL doesn't pan out.

Chris Jericho will be appearing with the Groundlings improvisational troupe on 1/4 in Los Angeles, California.

Michael also sent the following listing of upcoming WWE "press conferences" scheduled to promote upcoming PPV events:

TOMORROW (JANUARY 2) - 12 to 1 p.m. in Kansas City, Missouri (Kemper Arena): The New Year's Revolution Press Conference will feature the following Superstars: John Cena, Umaga, Alejandro, Edge, Jeff Hardy, Nitro, Melina, Kenny & Mickie James. Host - Jonathan Coachman.

JANUARY 22 - 12 noon in San Antonio, Texas (AT&T Center): The Royal Rumble Press Conference will take place at 12 noon. The following Superstars will attend: John Cena, Edge, Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy, Mickie James, Batista, King Booker, Queen Sharmell and Lashley.

FEBRUARY 2 - 12 to 2 p.m. in Windsor, Ontario, Canada (Location TBD): Meet Chris Benoit, Carlito & CM Punk at a press conference for WrestleMania 23.

FEBRUARY 14 - 12 noon in Los Angeles, California (STAPLES Center): The No Way Out Press Conference will take place at 12 noon. List of Superstars TBD.
