LOTS of WWE News & Notes

- The 1/1 edition of Raw from Miami, FL drew a sellout crowd of 15,169 with aprox. 13,000 paid.

- The 12/27 Smackdown/ECW house show in Cleveland, OH drew 5,500.

- Danny Bashman is doing a commissioner-like role in OVW, dubbed the troubleshooter. Bashman is currently out of action with a torn bicep.

- On Friday, you can meet the Hardy Boyz from 6 to 8PM at Bookends in Ridgewood, NJ.

- Also on Friday, you can meet the beautiful Torrie Wilson from 6 to 8PM at the Palmetto Expo Center for the Greenville, SC Auto show.

- WWE's next show in Portugal on 6/8 is already sold out.

- WWE hall of famer Sgt. Slaughter will be signing autographs on Saturday at the Omega Sports-Summit Park Mall in Niagara Falls, NY from 6 to 8PM.

- Speaking of autographs, Cpt. Lou Albano will be doing a signing on Saturday from 2 to 4PM at the Montgomery Mall in North Wales, PA for SB Promotions.

- The Smackdown/ECW brand house show on 12/29 in Evansville, IN drew 3,200 fans. Also on 12/28, Raw in Fayetteville, NC drew 4,000 fans.

- CMLL's final big show in 2006 on 12/15 was entitled Sin Piedad (No Mercy).

- Bill Goldberg has a January guest shot on "Law & Order SUV."

- According to reports of Mexico, the Mexican Powers group in AAA already want Juvetund Guerrero away from them and apparently have gotten their wish.

- Sarah Stock received the Super Luchas magazine best foreigner award. Former WWE superstar Mark Jindrak (Marco Corleone) finished second. Corleone was selected as the most spectacular by the publication.

- The Ultimo Dragon announced in Japan that he would be promoting a 20th anniversary of his debut in July.
