I had read some where a few years ago that when Mae Young gave birth to a " hand " it was originally supposed to have been a duche an idea that was believed to have been suggested by none other than Vince McMahon himself. The censors tho denied that one so it became her giving birth to a hand. I wonder what other ideas Vince and company have had but were made to tame it down.
