Stacy Keibler was not asked by managed to appear at Wrestlemania, although, she didn't inquire to be on the pat-per-view extravaganza either. Stacy is under a WWE contract until July. Stacy isn't expected to seek a renewal as she will be exploring other career options in show business stemming from her recent fame on "Dancing with the Stars" on ABC.

WWE feels as though that putting her on the card just for the sake of using her star value would take time and attention away from another diva in which they could invest in long-term. Also, she wasn't going to affect the buyrate anyways. It's likely that Stacy has already made her final appearance in a WWE ring, which was in a match with Jillian Hall on Velocity in October 2005. Stacy ended up losing the match.

Ever since the conclusion of "Dancing with the Stars," Stacy has kept herself busy by appearing at numerous Hollywood publicity events. She recently appeared at the "Young Hollywood Awards Countdown" and at "Mercedes-Benz Fall 2006 L.A. Fashion Week." Also, she recently hosted a party at Bushmills Legends Pub on the eve of St. Patrick's Day.

I was thinking about the Stacy Kiebler thing and it reminded of when the WWE was going to do their own version of DWTS with Kiebler and Lachey. They backed away plans at the last minute but think about the ratings for a second. They were scheduled to have their first dance off at SNME.I guarantee you that the ratings for SNME would have gone up if they would have gone through with the dance off.

Can't say I am sad to see Stacy go... I never liked her.

Not in WWE or in WCW...

Good luck to her, as long as I don't have to put up with watching her! That's what the remote control is for :D

Can't say i'm suprised, because i'm not. She's been gone for a while now, so it's obvious that she's not coming back to WWE. Good luck in her acting career, and hopefully everything will work out for her.
