1978 - Superstar Billy Graham and Dusty Rhodes fought to a no-contest in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at a WWWF event when a wild brawl broke out following the referee being knocked down, with wrestlers from the card interfering and going at it to end the show.

1987 - During a WWF television taping in Dayton, Ohio, Rowdy Roddy Piper held the final editions of "Piper's Pit" before his scheduled retirement match against Adrian Adonis at Wrestlemania III. In the first edition, WWF President Jack Tunney revealed that a special extra-large WWF Championship belt had been made in the event that Andre The Giant defeated Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania. In the second, and last edition, Piper stood up on a table so he could see over the TV crew and talk to the fans, thanking them for their support over the course of his career. Piper then took his picture off the wall of the set and walked away.

1996 - At a WWF television taping in Corpus Christi, Texas, The Rock made his WWF debut, wrestling as Duane Johnson, and defeating the Brooklyn Brawler. Also at the taping, Steve Austin defeated Aldo Montoya with the Million Dollar Dream, followed by a stare down with Savio Vega. This was the first television taping that Steve Austin would be introduced as "Stone Cold Steve Austin" instead of "The Ringmaster".

1997 - WWF changes Monday Night Raw to "Raw Is War" with new graphics and a new set, as well as using "Beautiful People" by Marilyn Manson as the intro music. In the main event of the show, live from Worcester, Massachusetts, Vader & Mankind defeat The Undertaker & Sid Vicious when Vader pinned Undertaker after Sid powerbombed his own partner.

2003 - During an edition of Raw from Cleveland, Ohio, The Hurricane defeats The Rock with a cradle in a No-DQ match after Steve Austin distracted The Rock.
