TNA ran an angle last night during the PPV Pre-Show explaining that Tomko was "in Japan on business." TNAWrestlingNews.com can confirm that this is the truth as he and Giant Bernard won the IWGP Tag Team Titles, defeating Manabu Nakanishi & Takao Omori.
TNA will tape two episodes of iMPACT! tonight. Planned for the tapings are Team 3D vs. LAX & Alex Shelley, Jerry Lynn vs. Jay Lethal vs. Kaz, the first Lockdown matches announced, and updates on AJ Styles and Abyss.
At least this gives some ringtime for Alex Shelley which is cool. Tomko and Bernard got the titles! Amazing! :dancing:
