I have obtained access to the hardcore forums but it still says I can't access the videos and such... why is that?

I see that sometimes in the WWE multimedia thing, that still says I have unsufficient amount of posts. I thought 20 posts was needed to see the media. Sorry for the offtopic but I didn't wanna make a new thread.
