Bee Gees Barry and Robin Gibb are among the stars scheduled to perform at the Prince's Trust 30th birthday concert at the Tower of London in May.
The Sugababes, Embrace, Lionel Richie and Ronan Keating will also appear at the televised event alongside US pop star Pink and Scotland's Annie Lennox.
Highlights from the 20 May concert will be screened that day on ITV1.
The programme will feature an interview with the Prince and his sons William and Harry, conducted by Ant and Dec.
Martina Milburn, chief executive of the Prince's Trust, said it was "a fantastic line-up for what promises to be a really exciting evening".
Disadvantaged
The ITV1 show will be hosted by Cat Deeley, Ben Elton, Vernon Kay, Patrick Kielty and Kate Thornton.
There will be 1,000 pairs of tickets for the concert available through a phone text competition, details of which can be obtained on the Prince's Trust website.
Founded by Prince Charles in 1976, the charity has helped more than half a million disadvantaged young people.
The concert replaces the annual Party in the Park event in Hyde Park, which organisers Capital Radio have cancelled for the second consecutive year.
