KYLIE Minogue has confirmed she is recording new music for the first time since she was diagnosed with breast cancer last May.
The singer was given the all-clear earlier this year after chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
This month she emerged for the first time showing off a new short-haired look and promises that fans won't have to wait long for her musical return.
"I'm working with a few people, just kicking some ideas around. It's fun to be working again and sitting down and making music," she said.
"I don't know yet what songs I'm going to sing, or how I'm going to sing them, or what they're going to be about."
