CHER is to replace Celine Dion in Las Vegas.
The Believe singer - who has just completed her 'Farewell Tour'- has been offered a whopping $60 million to take over the glitzy show at Caesar's Palace when Dion's run comes to an end.
Bosses are even reportedly planning to build a unique concert hall to house Cher's spectacular show - when she takes up residence in 2008.
The deal means the stunning star will be rubbing shoulders with a host of music legends, including Sir Elton John who is a frequent guest performer in the gambling mecca.
Meanwhile, Cher recently announced she is planning to celebrate her 60th birthday this month by posing naked for photo shoot.
A source said: "She looks amazing and wants to capture her physical beauty on film."
