At a recent House Show event, Maryse got injured and is taking time out, Which leaves Smackdown without a Divas Champion. Who will win the title and how will approach this?

One possibility is that Michelle McCool will regain the Championship back, But how would she go about it? Claim she set up Maryse into an injury then demaded Vickie gave it back? Or possibly a Raw star jumps ship over to Smackdown and takes the strap, Or maybe even Trish Stratus comes back.... Erm, Yeah, Scrap that last one.

How will WWE Deal with this situation and who will be the new Diva's Champion?

Or they can just leave it on maryse. Trish was injured for over a year and they left the women's championship on her. By the way, retain means michelle would already have the title.. i think you mean regain.
