Has anyone else noticed?

that on Shane's jersey VKM is copyrighted? My friend pointed this out to me the other day and i just wanted to see if anyone has seen or heard anything else about it.

Could this also be why VKM hasnt been on TNA since the last PPV?
and if it is shame on TNA for not getting rights to the name thatd be the first thing i'd do

im not sure if the two are related i dont think they call the voodoo kin mafia VKM anymore though

I know it doesn't mean the same thing but I believe because the initials are VKM and the WWE copyrighted it and therefor TNA doesn't use the initials anymore but they still use the name but not as much.
