Nancy Benoit's family creates foundation to help abused women and battered children.

The family of the late Nancy Benoit have announced that they have formed a foundation in the memory of Nancy and Daniel Benoit to benefit abused women and battered children.

The family is asking that in lieu of gifts or condolences, that donations instead be made to the foundation.
