Beth Phoenix Told To Gain Weight, Batista's Return Date, The Miz

Recent WWE callup Beth Phoenix (the "fan" who did a run-in last week to beat on Mickie James) was told to drop some weight some time back while she was in Ohio Valley Wrestling. She was considered to be too thick due to her powerlifting and wrestling background. Basically, she had to be thin enough to wear a bikini in front of a wrestling audience. She eventually got herself into bikini shape. However, when she received word that she was being brought up to the roster, management told her to gain 15 pounds because it would fit her gimmick better. There is no word yet on what exactly her gimmick is.


Batista is scheduled to make his long-awaited return to WWE at either the 5/30 tapings in Portland or at the 6/6 tapings in Wheeling.
