More Details On Why Big Daddy V Was Released, Failed Tests

One of the main reasons Big Daddy V was released was because he is a major health risk and despite warnings failed to lose weight, even after a bout of Pneumonia.

Under WWE’s Wellness Policy performers now have to have regular cardiovascular endurance tests (running on a treadmill) to monitor general fitness and any heart problems. Big Daddy V never outright failed one of these tests, but the feeling was he’d never pass one so he was kept off TV until he got in at least some for of fitness. Which he didn’t, so they released him.

These same tests are what discovered MVP’s heart condition, which has since been treated.
