CM Punk Busted Open At SummerSlam

For those that missed it, CM Punk was busted open hardway in the back of his head during his match with John "Bradshaw" Layfield at SummerSlam. The injury occurred on a counter when JBL was falling backwards and they bumped heads in the ring. The spot was replayed on pay-per-view. I have not heard if either suffered a concussion, however, I would say that it is a good possibility.

Punk should be fine to at least appear on Raw tomorrow in Chicago, Illinois.
