Chris Jericho and Kane have both used the line in the past few months and it's been used in notable promos over the years. This line is a direct quote from Vince McMahon who has been telling the wrestlers to use it to use in their promos.

It makes each person feel like the wrestlers are talkin to them directly...
Vince used to say that a lot years ago, I remember every so often he would say it when saying crap.
