Cm Punk Makes Wwe History

Thanks to Mike V. for the following. ... So after C.M. Punk won the title tonight, I did some research. Punk became a triple crown champion (World, Tag Team, Intercontinental) faster than anyone else in the company. From his first title reign (June 30, 2008) to tonight (January 19, 2009), it has been 203 days. The only person close to that was Kevin Nash who became a triple crown champion in 227 days. Don't know if this means anything in the long run, but it is interesting to see Vince solidify him in history like this.

Well, whoever wrote that is an idiot. It's not like Vince was trying to do that. It just so happened to end up like that though.

Thanks for posting and I doubt Vince did that for Punk to be anything big lol.

Yeah, I doubt Vince planned on this, it just all happened like that, still though, it's a nice accomplishment, and it's nice to see Punk with some more gold.
